SUMMER COOLING COAT: More than just a dog towel robe, at Pastel Pooch, you can use our XS to XXXXL robe range to keep your dog cool during warm weather - just run under cold water. Simply submerge our coats in cold water, wring out the excess and pop onto your dog. As the cold water evaporates, this draws heat away from your dogs body reducing their body temperature. We recommend only using the coat for 20-30 minutes before resoaking to ensure your dog stays cool.

Please note we cannot be held responsible for customs delays. Any import taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
We will happily refund any item purchased within 30 days of receipt. Items returned must be unwashed and unused with tags still attached.
Embroidered items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Which size should I choose?
For the best fit, we recommend referring to our size guide. The key measurement to consider is your dog's back length, from collar to the start of their tail. If you're between sizes, opt for the larger one. Also, keep in mind that our coats are highly adjustable around the waist to accommodate different body types.
Can I return the coat?
An online order can be returned for a refund provided it is:
• Within 30 days of purchase
• You have your order number
• Items are in their original condition, clean and with tags still attached.
Please note: Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on our embroidered items, unless deemed faulty.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Original postage costs will not be refunded unless an item is damaged/faulty. If you spent over £50 and qualified for free UK delivery, we will deduct the postage cost when the order is returned. This is to cover our initial delivery fee and the processing of the return.

When you proceed to checkout, you'll find an option labelled 'Discount Code' or 'Gift Card.' Simply type your code into that box and click 'Apply.'
How do I wash the drying coat?
To wash your drying coat, we suggest using a cool or gentle warm wash, ideally at 30°C or 40°C.
Wash colours separately to prevent any colour transfer. After washing, you can either cool tumble dry or air dry the coat.
Avoid using oxidizing agents, bleaching agents, and optical brighteners.
What material are they made from?
Our coats are made from double layer microfibre.
Why is microfibre the best choice for your dog?
- Friction and Hair Care: Microfibre towels require less rubbing to extract water from the fur, reducing friction, leading to less frizz compared to coarser cotton towels.
- Durability and Cost-effectiveness: Microfibre towels last longer, with an average lifespan of 500 washes compared to cotton towels' average of 80 washes. This longevity saves money over time.
- Absorbency and Hygiene: Microfibre's ultrafine fibres provide a massive absorbent surface, drying wet fur much faster than cotton. Additionally, microfibre's ability to pick up and remove bacteria from the surface is superior to cotton, which tends to push dirt and debris around. Microfibre's quick drying also helps prevent bacteria growth and odour.
- Breathability and Comfort: Microfibre is breathable, preventing your dog's fur from becoming sweaty or smelly. Its soft texture ensures comfort for every dog.
Unlike most drying coats. Our coats have two layers, making them extra thick and effective. The first layer pulls moisture away from your dog's fur, passing it to the second layer where it evaporates, leaving your pup cosy and dry underneath.
How long does embroidery take?
When opting for embroidery, please anticipate an additional 3-5 days to the standard delivery timeframe. While we strive to expedite this process, during busier periods, it may take longer than usual.
