We created this settle mat out of love and necessity. Our oldest dog Billy always struggled to sit comfortably on hard floors when we took him to cafés and pubs. After searching for a quality travel mat, we found that most options on the market were too thin and lacked the comfort he needed. So, we decided to design our own.
Our luxury travel mat features a stylish, quilted exterior that’s not just on-trend but also ultra-durable. Portability was key in our design. That’s why we created a stylish, discreet bag that doesn’t even look like a dog mat! It features a large front pocket for your essentials (phone, wallet, treats) and a D-ring on the strap, perfect for attaching poop bags, a ball holder, or a travel water bowl. The bag itself is spacious enough to store everything you need on the go.

Which Size?
The Classic (95x70cm) can comfortably fit dogs up to the size of a standard Labrador, especially if they like to curl up.
The Grande (120x85cm) is ideal for larger breeds or multiple dogs who love to stretch out.
Every pup is different, so we recommend measuring your dog while they’re lying down to ensure the best fit! 😊

We will happily refund any item purchased within 30 days of receipt. Items returned must be unwashed and unused with tags still attached.
Embroidered items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please ensure you are happy with the bag before washing.
- Wash colours separately to avoid colour transfer
- Use a cool/gentle warm wash - recommended 30 °C
- Air dry or cool tumble dry
- Avoid oxidising, bleaching agents and optical brighteners

Which size should I choose?

How does the mat fold back together?
To fold your Settle Mat bag back together, follow these steps:
For the smaller size bag:
1) Fold the mat along the zipper line (50/50 split) so it folds neatly into itself.
2) Then, fold the bag over itself again.
3) Zip up the sides while squeezing the bag between your legs to help it fit together.
For the larger size bag:
1) Fold the mat along the zipper line (this will be a 70/30 split).
2) Fold the bag over itself again.
3) Zip up each side while squeezing the bag between your legs. This larger bag is a bit trickier due to the thicker padding, so really push the bag into itself to help it zip up smoothly.
It might take a little extra muscle with the larger size, but it will fit back together nicely! 😊

How do I wash the settle mat?
To wash your Settle Mat, we recommend the following steps:
1) Unzip the bag completely and remove the inner foam.
2) Rezip the bag to keep it secure.
3) Wash the mat on a gentle warm cycle, and let the bag air dry completely.
4) Once dry, carefully reinsert the foam—it might be a bit fiddly, but don’t worry, it will fit back in!
Can I return the mat?
An online order can be returned for a refund provided it is:
• Within 30 days of purchase
• You have your order number
• Items are in their original condition, clean and with tags still attached.
Please note: Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on our embroidered items, unless deemed faulty.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
